THE SOLDIERS MEDAL It is the highest honor a soldier can receive for an act of Valor in a - non combat situation. The performance must involve personal hazard and the risk of life. Brother Joe risked his life by running into a helicopter fire to save several of his fellow soldiers. GOd's Blessing to you and your family. Love you BROTHER.
