He is preceded in death by his parents; infant son, John Edward Missey; brothers, Joseph Everett, Joseph Melvin “Sam” , Joseph “Peg”, Joseph “Milton”, and Joseph “Ivan” Missey, Sisters, Linda Wilkerson and Stella Missey; brother-in-laws, Bud Wilkerson and Harry Walther; sister-in-laws, Mandy Missey and Brenda Missey. John served in the U.S. Air Force; he was a truck driver for BFI; worked for City of Festus Animal Control and Wal-Mart.
