She is survived by her husband, Charles Franklin “Frank” Vaughn, Jr., Morse Mill, MO; two sons, Dr. Richard (Joji) Vaughn, M.D., Weldon Spring, MO and Dr. Charles “Chuck” (Vicki) Vaughn, DC, St. Charles, MO; brothers, Lee (Anne) Keathley, South County, MO and Tom (Debbie) Keathley, Dallas, TX; grandchildren, Alyssa and Katie Vaughn; nieces and nephews, Mary, Matthew, John, and Jamie. She is preceded in death by her parents.
