Jacqueline M. Garner was born in St. Louis on July 16, 1944 a daughter to Norman and Norma (nee Lewis) Jarvis.  She died on June 27, 2022 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson at the age of 77.  She is survived by her husband James Garner, Herculaneum, three daughters: Dawn (Clarence) Warner, Pevely, Kelly (Jeff) Stelling, Imperial and Amy (Ron) Oshia, Hillsboro; grandchildren: Amber (Jake) Buehler, Brooke (Tim) Shores, Elizabeth Warner, Christian & Cole Stelling, Veronica (Braden) Clark and Kali Oshia; great grandchildren: Jenna Buehler, Leigha Bueler, Kane Buehler, Aubree Shores, Maya Shores, Malachi Shores, Xavier Clark, Kailer Clark and Elley Jane Clark who is on the way; one sister Fay (the late Everett) Griffith, Hillsboro and two brothers: David (Barbara) Jarvis, Hematite and Larry Jarvis, Simi Valley, CA.  She is preceded in death by her parents.  Jackie had worked for over twenty years as the General Manager for the Shoe Warehouse Outlet in Festus and was a member of the Louisiana Purchase Chapter of the D.A.R.  She was a very active member of Gracelife Chapel.  As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to: Camp Penuel, P.O.
