She is survived by a daughter, Wilma Jean Fischer, Bonne Terre, MO; grandchildren, Heidi Spradling, Annie Freeman, and Sam Myers; 14 Great-Grandchildren, and 1 Great-Great Grandchild. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Samuel Barr, siblings, Eldon, Clinton, and Frank Moses. Helen was a member of Calvary Baptist Church, De Soto, MO.
