Gordon D. “Tic” Tullock was born on November 8, 1948 in St. Louis, MO. He was the son of the late Vernon Tullock Sr. & Sarah M. (Lands) Tullock of De Soto. He died on March 20, 2011 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center at the age of 62.
He is survived by his mother, Sarah Tullock; brother, Vernon Tullock, Jr. of De Soto; sister, Linda Dawes of Omaha, NE; one niece, April Wilcofski and nephew, Adam Dawes.
Tic was a construction laborer and served his country in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by his father, Vernon, Sr.
