Francis William Wiley was born March 4, 1948 in Ware, MO a son to Winthie and Norma (nee Wideman) Wiley. He died June 11, 2009 in St. Louis, MO at the age of 61. He is survived by his wife of 37 years Ranae (Johnson) Wiley; one daughter Sherri and her husband Joe Souders and their son Austin; one son Jeff Wiley and his daughter Dakota; three brothers David (Debra) Wiley, Paul (Sheran) Wiley, and Steve (Tambra) Wiley; and father in law and mother in law Bob and Fern Johnson. He was preceded in death by his parents and one grandson Christopher Kyle Souders.
