dear ruth and family.i was schocked and saddened to the passingof lavene.we used to be close when our kids wereyoung.i remember once when i and my 2 children visiwent to vist you and you and lavene insisted we stay for lunch.i was close friends with his sister pat and i felt so welcome.i will miss seing his smile when he joins the church group at hardees,so sorry friend ,

I will always remember Floyd, his smile and his love for his wife, Ruth, and his family, and for their love for their church.
He and I worked together on various church construction projects and he was a special friend to my brother, Bill Hawkins, and both of my parents.
Ruth, may God bless you and give you peace during your time of loss.
