I am so sorry for your loss. I hope you are finding comfort in the support of many friends and family. Something that soothes my heart are the beautiful thoughts found in the Bible at Jeremiah 29:11,12. These verses assure us that God's thoughts toward us are of peace and hope. Included in this hope is the promise that we will see our loved ones again (John 5:28,29). Jesus gave us a preview of the joy and comfort such occasions will bring when he resurrected individuals in the first century (John chapter 11). I hope these thoughts can soothe your hearts as well.
