Steph,I am so sorry for your loss. I know you have been very worried about him. Just remember that God sometimes makes decisions so that we don't have to. You and your family will be in my prayers. Love you much! Linda

Stephanie and Geoff:
Just wanted to offer to you both our deepest sympathy on your husband and father, Ed was such a sweet man, he always would ask how the kids were doing when he saw me, I in return would always ask about his family, so kind and thoughtful, We will keep you both in our prayers, Bev

Two years ago Eddie and I spent several days together while our wives were attending a PEO convention in San Dieg, CA. We toured Petco Park and several other sites and had meals together. Eddie was a very welcome guest at the 50th reunion of the Class of '56. He was a good friend, kind man, and will be missed by his loved ones.

He was one of the smartest men I knew. He was funny and would go out of his way to help with anything you needed in class.Mr. Bridges you will be greatly missed.I use to see you in dialysis when we took mom before she passed and you always made her smile no matter how bad you where feeling that day. They just dont make men like you anymore. So thank you for everything, you will be greatly missed !!!

Hello-- sorry to hear of Ed's death. We went through St. Rose and DHS together, with me one year ahead (DHS-1956). Since I now live in St.Louis, I didn't see Ed a lot. The last time was at a trivia night in St. Louis and we had a little chat about De Soto and the old school days. I'll always remember him as a friendly and very comical guy, and know his family & friends will miss him dearly.

I do not ever remember seeing Eddie without a big old smile on his face. Worked with Laura (daughter) Jeff Co Assessor Office. She was a joy to work with and is now a good friend. I know Ed will be missed by many and especially Laura. Next class reunion won't be the same. Prayers for God be with you in this time of loss.
