Dear Mom, I will love you forever! Here in Arizona, our first daffodils bloomed today for you! You always loved all of the first flowers, then the peonies, violets, and redbuds, and next, the roses. And, you loved all aspects of gardening, especially eating the abundance of vegetables, so much so, that sometimes you forgot to make an entree for dinner because you cooked so many! We didn't mind as you taught us to enjoy eating vegetables, too. In the summer, you loved to pick wild blackberries, then make them into luscious cobbler s or jam.
