Donald W. Becker was born October 29, 1922, in De Soto, MO, a son to the late Harry and Elizabeth Ann (nee Dill) Becker. He passed away September 27, 2009, in Valley Park, MO, at the age of 86 years, 10 months and 29 days.
He was married to Margie (nee Hardin) Becker who preceded him in death on September 11, 2009.
He is survived by a daughter, Susan Becker, Spring Hill, FL; three sons: Don Becker, II., Ridgefield, CT; Robert Becker, Leawood, KS; and David Becker, Louisville, KY; a step-daughter, Kay Luecke, High Ridge, MO; a step son, Larry May, Camarillo, CA; one sister, Betty (David) Mueller, De Soto, MO, six grandchildren: Dylan Becker, Francesca Becker, David Becker, Jr., Greg May, Justin Simpkins and Christina Jacobs; a great-granddaughter, Sarah Jacobs, several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents and wife, he is preceded in death by three brothers: Harry, Earl and Homer Becker and two sisters: Doris Lanham and Marian Dietrich.
Donald was a US Army Veteran of World War II.
