We have the great honor of being the other grandparents to Dave's precious grandson, Baby David, and with that getting to have Dave and his family become part of our family. We knew him only for a short time but grew to love the quiet and gentle man he was. He will be missed greatly and our love and prayers go to David, Kathy and the family. Rest In Peace Baby David's Papa. You will not be forgotten.

I am so sorry for you grief. May the Lord supply you with abundant grace and comfort. I didn't know David, but I know the Keckley. My mother was a Keckley. God bless and prayers being said for you all.

To a man that everyone knew out at the desert for riding a wheely one handed with a beer in the other. I truly remember the man that everyone respected and would know that he had your back. David and I met through my brothers Billy and David and he was good friends. Good memories of the Oceanside Drive In. Always working on Cars with Frank and Randy wish I could get ahold of them and let them know that Big Dave has rode off to heaven. Dave and I delivered a 9 lb big guy on August 18th 1985, I had Mary Lou's spaghetti that night and unfortunately little David didn't like it and decided to be born, even though spaghetti is one of both of their favorites. You all saw how David fought for life. He always was a fighter for what he believed in. God bless you Mary Lou for all you did for them and sorry for how it all turned out. Big Dave will live through Little David and my grandson. Ride the skies in peace David. To the good old days Greta (a memory)
