Darlene M. Bremer was born on July 8, 1939 in Evansville, IL a daughter to Clarence A. and Ruth A. (nee Heuman) Kueker. She died at Mercy Hospital South on June 4, 2022 at the age of 82. She is survived by her children: Kelly (Blaine) Whitehead, Hillsboro, Brian (Beverly) Bremer, St. Louis and Kevin (Connie) Bremer, Festus; ten grandchildren: Katie, Scott Andy, Josh, Zach, Rachel, Emily, Adam, Joseph and Matthew; eight great grandchildren: Dakota, Chase, Kyla, Tyler, Tucker, Kinsley, Weston and Brayden and one brother Donald (the late Paulette) Kueker, Red Bud, IL. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Ronald Bremer; a great grandchild Gwyneth; one sister Mary (the late James) McConachie and one brother Lloyd Dean Kueker. Darlene had worked as an administrative assistant for the Jefferson County Building Commission, for the Children’s House and as library aid in the Hillsboro R-III Primary School. She was a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to: Redeemer Lutheran Church, 1620 Boyd St., De Soto, MO 63020.
