Carolyn Livengood was born in St. Louis on September 23, 1943 a daughter to Harold L. and Carmen A. (nee James) Davis. She passed peacefully surrounded by her family at her Valle Lake home on December 21, 2024 at the age of 81. She is survived by three children: Carlene Branson, De Soto, Mark (Teresa) Livengood, Waynesville and Brian (Jacquelyne) Livengood, Valle Lake; her grandchildren: Kara (Dustin) Smith, Zachary (the late Ashley) Livengood, Lauren (Tim) Fessler, Kelsay Pemberton, Kasey (Robert) Gipperich, Tyler (Alecia) Livengood, Veronica Livengood, Gabrielle Livengood, Amy McMinn, Kimberly (Ryan) Brooks, Brittany (Zach) Graham, MacKenzie (Isaak) Starkey, Jaidyn McMinn and Clayton McMinn; twelve great grandchildren; Two sisters: Alice (the late Mike) Webster, De Soto and Kay (Terry) Stewart, Ste. Genevieve; three brothers: George (Terry) Davis, Festus, James (Paula) Davis, De Soto and Paul Davis, De Soto. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Woodrow “Jack” “Woody” Livengood; a grandson Kyle Branson; two sisters: Marilyn (Ruel survives) Hooper and Donna (Paul) Stewart and two brothers: Robert (Carol survives) Davis and John (Debbie survives) Davis. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be made to Shriners Children’s Hospital, 4400 Clayton Ave., St. Louis, MO 63110.
