Carol Crews was born Dec. 11, 1940 in Hayti, MO a daughter to Enos Estel Luye and Cora Mae Luye Johanning. She died Oct. 24, 2009 at the age of 68. She is survived by her children Randy (Shanda) Crews, Cadet, Lloyd Robert Crews Jr., Olympian Village, Chad Crews, De Soto, and Donna Sapper, Olympian Village; one sister Dianne (Dude) Brown, Park Hills; one brother Bill (Judy) Luye, Bismarck, and seven grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband Lloyd Robert “Bob” Crews Sr.; a grandson Bobby Sapper Crews; a sister Brenda Luye; and a brother Bobby Luye and an infant brother. She was a life member of the ladies auxillary of VFW Post #1831, AmVets Post #48, and BPOE #689.
