Carl Dean Harris was born September 28, 1937 in Conway County, Arkansas. He was the son of Olin and Myrtle (nee Anderson) Harris. He died on May 13, 2021 in De Soto, MO at the age of 83 years. He is survived by his wife, Dolores “Dee” (nee Heiple) Harris, De Soto, MO; two children, Dean (Jessica) Harris, Park Hills, MO; and Deanne Pritz, De Soto, MO; grandchildren, Brooklyn Pritz, Brylee Mallory, and Mackenzie, Taylor, and Andrew Dalton; siblings, Quinton Harris, Lake St. Louis, MO; William (the late Debbie) Harris, Canalou, MO; and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Edna Crowe, Margaret Henson; and Eunie Scheffler. Carl worked as a roofer and served in the U.S. Navy. He was a member of American Legion Post #253, Festus, MO.
