Billie Rose Missey was born June 16, 1945 in Hoboken, NJ. She was the daughter of William Oscar and Rosemary (nee Magarelli) Elliott. She died on January 24, 2022 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO at the age of 76 years. She is survived by her children, DeAnn Rene’ (Ronald “Buddy”) Toolooze, Festus, MO and Shannon Missey, Festus, MO; siblings, Nancy Hart, Edgerton, WI; Phillip Elliott, Crystal City, MO; William Elliott, Dittmer, MO; Linda Shull, Colorado Springs, CO; Anita Curry, Stoughton, WI; Ron Elliott, Sullivan, MO; John Elliott, Valles Mines, MO; Angela Ramsey, Pacolet, SC; grandchildren, Cory (Jaclyn) Penrod, Jordan (Stephanie) Huffman, Brittany Huffman, Taylor (Nick Samples) Allen, Austin (Brittany) Lilly, Dustin (Kalen) Lilly and Gabi Hallemann; and sixteen great-grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Johnny T. “John” Missey; and an infant son, John Edward Missey. Rose retired from Pony Bird.
