Bessie Lou (nee Boyer) Trojahn was born on April 21, 1940 in De Soto, MO.  She was the daughter of Della & Ella (nee Courtaway) Boyer.  She died on March 21, 2022 at Mercy Hospital Jefferson at the age of 81.

She is survived by her daughter, Penny Ipock of De Soto, MO; and sons, Ricky (Debbie) Dollar of Festus, MO;  Michael (Kelly) Dollar of De Soto, MO; and Adam Dollar of De Soto, MO; 12 grandchildren; 31 great grandchildren; and 4 great great grandchildren; siblings, Lena Wicker of De Soto; Danny “Sock” (Judy) Boyer of De Soto; Earl (Joyce) Boyer of De Soto; Gerald (Kay) Boyer of De Soto; Barb (Jerry) Coleman of Hematite; brother-in-law, George Hoffman of Blackwell; and sister-in-law, Judy Boyer of Farmington.

Bessie is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Richard Trojahn; daughter and son-in-law, Tammy and Randy Harper; son-in-law, Lloyd Ipock; grandson, Jason Dollar; great-granddaughter, Melany Dollar; sister, Ella Mae Hoffman; brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Sandy Boyer; brother, Wyman Boyer; brother-in-law, Avery Wicker.

Bessie was a member of the VFW Post 1831 Auxiliary.
