Anna A. Stafford was born Sept. 12, 1921 in Richwoods, MO a daughter to Anthony and Rachel DeClue Rulo.  She died August 28, 2009 at St. Joe Manor, Bonne Terre, at the age of 87.  She is survived by her four children Cecelia “CeAnn” (Billy)  Nipper, Bismarck, Jim (Sue) Stafford, De Soto, Ken (Donna) Stafford, De Soto, and Dorothy (Stan Tucker) Stafford, Festus; 13 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and one sister Bernice Gideon, Grove Springs.  She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband James B. Stafford; an infant son, Warren Anthony Stafford; two brothers Lawrence and Gilbert Rulo; and four sisters Lucille Gloriod, Theresa Louise Emily, Cecelia Kramer, and Catherine Rulo.  She was a member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and belonged to the Daughters of Isabella.  A Prayer Service will be held Sunday at 7pm officiated by Rev. Fr. Pat Christopher.  The funeral service will be officiated by Rev. Ken Vogel.  Memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association or Safe Harbor Hospice.
