Andrew Jeffrey Katz was born in Creve Coeur on August 10, 1983 a son to Jeffrey Joseph and Latty Gail (nee Elsey) Katz. He died on December 6, 2021 near Festus at the age of 38. He is survived by his mother, Latty Gail Katz, De Soto and his sister Jessica (SSgt. James) Braddy, Ft. Sill, OK; grandmother, Janet Katz; three nephews, Austin Gerlach, Chase Gerlach, Mason Braddy and two nieces, Brynley Braddy, and Bailey Braddy; and a host of aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is preceded in death by his father; grandparents, Joseph Katz, Clarence “Walton” Elsey; and Audrey “Dutchie” Elsey.
