Perry Ellis “Perry Bud” Richardson, Jr. was born May 19, 1936 in De Soto, MO. He was the son of Perry Ellis Richardson Sr. and Lucille (nee Bauer) Hall and step-son of Henry Hall. He passed on June 14, 2017 at his residence in De Soto, MO at the age of 81. He is survived by his wife, Reba (nee Robertson) Richardson, De Soto, MO; one daughter, Julie (Bill) Boardman, De Soto, MO; grandchildren, Jayden, Cristlyn, Adelyn, Perry, Draven, Zach, and Colin; sisters, Laura (John) Haverstick, De Soto, MO and Eva Hall, De Soto, MO. He is preceded in death by his parents; step-father, daughter, Patty Missey; son, Perry E. Richardson, III; half-brothers, Bob Mahn and Jay Richardson. Perry E. “Perry Bud” worked for Fred Weber; he was a member of International Union of Operating Engineers Local 513; B.P.O.E. #689; VFW Post #1831; and Amvets Post #48. He served in the 106th Ordinance Company Missouri National Guard.
