Judy L. Hammond Reed was born September 13, 1949 in Black River, MO. She was the daughter of Charles and Eunice (nee Wade) Tucker. She passed on February 28, 2017 at the Villa’s in De Soto, MO at the age of 67 years. She is survived by her daughter, Kim (Ed) Baker, De Soto, MO; Step-Son, Brandon (Julie) Reed, Tacna, AZ; siblings, Marilyn (Chuck) Baggett, Union, MO; Brenda Messmer, Quincy, IL, Jane (Ron) Daws, Mooresville, IN; and a sister-in-law, Eleanor Tucker, St. Peters, MO; grandchildren, Dylan (Bethany) Baker, Noah Baker, and Jake Baker; great-grandchildren, Sophia & Jackson Baker. She is preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Charles Tucker, Dale Tucker, Karen Reed, Vi Morgan, Herbert Tucker, and Elnora Charles. Judy loved to write songs, sing at various churches in De Soto; she taught Sunday school in Mesa, AZ, and loved helping people and volunteering.
